For collaborative teams to flag, or escalate, a potential delivery risk/issue to your wider team. This feature will be especially supportive to teams that harness a management-by-exception ethos.
Flags can now be applied to multiple Method Grid components:
- Individual checklist task
- Element
- Grid stage
- Grid theme
- Overall grid (project/process) level
Anyone with access to the grid can toggle the flag on/off and this flag is then visible within the grid/element view and also on all relevant dashboards.
For example an assigned element owner can toggle the element flag on – to bring current delivery challenges to the attention of project colleagues. The project lead can then toggle on the overall grid flag to bring the project constraint to the attention of senior management and the business area leader will see this via his project overview (portfolio) dashboard – allowing them to “drill down” towards supportive resolution.
All the relevant task log and dashboard views can be sorted and filtered by this new flag attribute (with report print/export views updated to incorporate also).
