Your AnalyticsHub contains a number of element-based overviews.

You can access the AnalyticsHub by clicking on the graph icon in the left-hand navigation menu.

In the Dashboard tab of the AnalyticsHub, you can see a visual summary of all elements in your account. The relevant dashboard pods show:

  • My Elements | Overview. A visual summary of all elements assigned to you (showing: open elements, overdue elements, elements due to complete this week and flagged elements).
  • My Elements | Forward Look. A visual summary of the elements assigned to you that are due to complete each week in a forward six-week view (i.e. showing the number of elements with “due dates” falling within the respective weeks). The displayed date is the week commencing date (Monday).
  • All Elements | Overview. A visual summary of all elements you have access to (showing: open elements, overdue elements, elements due to complete this week and flagged elements).
  • All Elements | Forward Look. A visual summary of all elements you have access to that are due to complete each week in a forward six-week view (i.e. showing the number of elements with “due dates” falling within the respective weeks). The displayed date is the week commencing date (Monday).

Clicking on the circled numbers takes you to the Elements overview table - filtered by the relevant logic. By example, clicking on the “FLAGGED” elements circle within the “My Elements | Overview” pod will open the Element overview table view filtered by flagged elements assigned to you.

This visual dashboard view can be sent to print.

In the Elements tab of the AnalyticsHub, there is an executive-level, top-down, overview table that provides a real time snapshot of all live elements (typically from live delivery commissions/projects).

This table view includes the following filterable/sortable fields:

  • Element name
  • Element owner
  • Element due date
  • Element status (sort only)
  • Element flag status
  • Grid name (within which element lives)
  • Stage name (within which element lives)
  • Theme name (within which element lives)
  • Folder (within which grid/element lives)

By default, the element table view filters to elements assigned to you. You can reset this filter, and filter/sort generally, using the dropdowns at the top of each field column in the table. You can see what filters are in effect at the top of the table; applied filters can be cleared from this area also.

This element overview table can be exported (as .csv files) or sent to print.

The visual dashboard summary and the element-based overview table is available to Professional accounts only.

It should be noted that “all elements” summary data, in both the dashboard and overview table views, is based on the elements you have access (visibility) to.  For account architects this will be all elements in the account; for builders and users this will be limited to elements you have access control to.
