How do I add, edit or remove the duration of an item in the Gantt chart?

Here we will look at the different options available to add, edit, and remove the durations set in the Gantt Chart

Duration settings for items can be very useful when working through your grid. It can set indicators and time-frames for different all items: tasks, elements, stage gates and stages. 

Durations will remain in cloned grids, so it is important to set these accurately.
