How do I add, edit or remove the Lead time of an item in the Gantt chart?

Here we will review how you can input Lead time between dependencies in your Gantt.

Lead is the amount of time by which a successor item can be advanced with regard to its predecessor. If adding lag will result in delaying a project, adding lead to dependent tasks on critical paths may reduce the time required to complete the grid items.

Lead can be inputted by adding a minus (-) value in a relationship dependency. This will then be updated in the corresponding calendar view as expected. 

This lead time can be set and changed as required when working through your grid.
