How do I create a read-only link for a grid?

Publishing your grid as a read-only version lets you publicly share your methodologies and knowledge. Creating a read-only link to share is quick and simple to do.

Note: Read-only grids are not available for all accounts, please contact us if you would like access to this feature.

To create the read-only version of your grid and share the link to it:

1. Open the grid you wish to publish
2. Click on grid information
3. If the read-only grids feature is enabled for your account, you will see a toggle titled Create a public read-only link for this grid, set this to yes
4. This will publish the grid as a public read-only resource and provide a public link for you to share

Note:

• Once published, anyone with the public link can access the content within the grid
• All the content in the grid is available, only the project delivery aspects are hidden/disabled e.g. task completion, scheduling, RAG, assignment etc.
• There will now be two versions of all shareable links within the grid, one for members (the full version requiring a login) and one for the public version (no login required)
