The Gantt export tool lets you export your Gantt charts to CSV and XLSX.
To export a Gantt as a CSV
Open the Gantt chart you want to Export and select the export to CSV button:
To export a Gantt as a XLSX
Open the Gantt chart you want to Export and select the export to Excel button:
When the download is ready, you will be prompted to save the export file.
Exporting your Gantt data is a simple process, but before starting it is important to note the following:
- The export tool will export the data that is currently viewable i.e. if you have collapsed the data rows it will only export the data rows currently in view. This means you can expand/collapse your data rows to control which data you export. To export all your data, simply use the expand all button to show all rows.
- If the data table has been hidden i.e. you are only viewing the Gantt chart, no data will be exported, make sure the data table is shown before exporting
