You can show or hide the content areas in your elements and stage gates using the collapse/expand buttons.
Collapse/Expand All Content Areas
At the top of your elements and stage gates, you will see two buttons; one to collapse all content areas so just their title is shown, and one to expand all content areas so all their content is shown. Use these to toggle the visibility of all the content:
Collapse/Expand Individual Content Areas
At the top of each content area, you will see a single button to collapse or expand that content area. Use this to toggle the visibility of each individual content area:
Mix It Up
Using the combination of collapse/expand all and the individual content areas, you can now tailor each element to your preferred view. For instance, in order to concentrate on your tasks only, you can toggle all the content areas so that they are collapsed, and then just expand a tasks content area. The combinations are endless and unique to you:
Personalised to You
The visibility of the content areas in each element and stage gate is set by and is unique to you, the user. Your browser will remember the state of each, so that when you re-open them, the content areas will be in the same state of visibility:
Note: This state is stored in your browser’s local storage. If you open Method Grid on another device or browser, the default state (all content areas expanded) will be shown until you configure them on that browser.
