How do I know which member base role (class) I am and how do I change it?

You can see which type of member you are by going to your own profile.

  1. Click your profile image in the main navigation

  2. Select Profile

  3. Your member role appears under your profile picture to the left, you are either:

    1. Architec

    2. Builder

    3. User 

Contact your Method Grid architect (account admin) if you need to change your member role.
