How do I export or print an activity log?

Exporting an activity log can be a useful reporting or people management tool

Account level activity log

Viewing the activity log is restricted to architect users.

To find the Activity log, click on Dashboard in the main navigation and select Activity log the tabs at the top of the page.

You can export a .csv file or print a copy of the table by clicking the either of the print or export icons in the top right of the page.

Before doing so be sure to sort the table to the view you wish to print e.g. by column type by clicking on the title of each column (you can choose from ascending or descending by clicking on a column title until you get the required display) and/or by filtering (see dropdown filter at top right of table) by all tasks, open tasks only or completed tasks only.

Once print is selected a new page will open that is formatted for print. Once you have left the print dialogue box a modal will appear asking if you want to return to the grid. Alternatively, you can click the browser's back button.

Grid Element and Stage Gate level activity logs

Available for architects and builders, or anyone with edit access to a grid.

To find a grid level Activity log, click on the information (i) action button in the action button bar at the top of a grid, element or stage gate. An off canvas window will slide in from the right. Next select the activity log action button (a clock with a back arrow going around it).

You can export a .csv file or print a copy of the table by clicking the either of the print or export icons in the top right of the fly out.
