How do I set a baseline in a Gantt chart?

To work with baselines, simply go to your grid and open the Gantt view. Your Gantt view now includes the baselining tools.

To set a baseline:

1. Open your grid
2. Open the grid Gantt view
3. Select set baseline
4. Select the baseline you wish to set; baseline 1, baseline 2 or baseline 3
5. You will then be asked to confirm your choice

Your baseline has now been set and you can see the data at the point of capture in the Gantt data table.

Note: you can only set baselines at the project/grid level, not at the portfolio level.
