Grid, Element and Stage Gate level activity logs

Available for architects and builders, or anyone with edit access to a grid.

To find a gird level Activity log, click on the information (i) action button in the action button bar at the top of a grid, element or stage gate. An off canvas window will slide in from the right. Next, select the activity log action button (a clock with a back arrow going around it). This will display a table that allows editors of the grid/element to monitor who has viewed a:

  • Grid
  • Element
  • Stage gate
  • Cloud doc
  • Download file
  • Web link

The activity log also shows assigning activity (i.e. assigned to member by member) for:

  • A grid
  • A stage
  • A theme
  • An element
  • A stage gate
  • A task

All tables also have an expanded view, just click on the expand action button for a full screen version.

You can print or export a .csv file of the table by clicking the relevant action button.

If you choose to print, a new page will open that is formatted for print. Once you have left the print dialogue box a pop-up will appear asking if you want to return to the grid. Alternatively, you can click the browser's back button.

Remember to sort your table view first.
