Keep up to date with all of your users activities by viewing the activity logs
To view the activity logs, the reporting functionality on your account needs switching on. To do this Go to Settings > Configure Account, and go to the Reporting panel. Activity logging on or off? is defaulted to off, click to on.
Account level activity log
Please note; Activity logs are only available for architects to view.
To find the Activity log, click on Dashboard in the main navigation and select the Activity tab.
This allows architects of your domain to track account-wide view activity i.e. to monitor who has viewed a:
- Grid
- Element
- Stge Gate
- Cloud doc
- Download file
- Web link
The activity log also shows assigning activity (i.e. assigned to member by member) for:
- A grid
- A stage
- A theme
- An element
- A stage gate
- A task
Grid, Element and Stage Gate level activity logs
Available for architects and builders, or anyone with edit access to a grid.
To find a gird level Activity log, click on the information (i) action button in the action button bar at the top of a grid, element or stage gate. An off canvas window will slide in from the right. Next, select the activity log action button (a clock with a back arrow going around it). This will display a table that allows editors of the grid/element to monitor who has viewed a:
- Grid
- Element
- Stage gate
- Cloud doc
- Download file
- Web link
The activity log also shows assigning activity (i.e. assigned to member by member) for:
- A grid
- A stage
- A theme
- An element
- A stage gate
- A task
All tables also have an expanded view, just click on the expand action button for a full screen version.
You can print or export a .csv file of the table by clicking the relevant action button.
If you choose to print, a new page will open that is formatted for print. Once you have left the print dialogue box a pop-up will appear asking if you want to return to the grid. Alternatively, you can click the browser's back button.
Remember to sort your table view first.
