How do I view video information, data and analytics?

You can easily view individual video information and data in the video library and each video tracks key usage analytics such as views.

To view the top level video information:

  1. Open video libraries
  2. Each library shows you:
    1. The number of videos it contains
    2. Their total duration and views
    3. Who has access to the videos
    4. Who created it and when
  3. Each video in the library shows you:
    1. The processing status i.e. is it processed and ready to use
    2. The duration
    3. How many views it has had
    4. Whether it has captions (click this to manage the video's captions)
    5. How many grids it is used in (click this to view where it is being used)
    6. How big it is in MB
    7. The date it was added
    8. Who added it

To view a specific video's information

  1. Open the library
  2. Click on the video thumbnail
  3. The video information panel will open, in which you can see:
    1. Display name
    2. File name
    3. Duration
    4. Resolution
    5. File size
    6. Who is was added by
    7. A video preview (play back)
    8. The description (type here to add a description for the video, requires edit access to the library)
    9. The grids currently using the video
    10. A chart showing the views over the last 14 days
