I have Architect (account admin) level access, can I edit profiles on behalf of any members?

Yes, account admins can access and edit other member's profiles.

To update a member's profile:

  1. Go to Members (main navigation)

  2. Click on any member's name to go to their profile page.

  3. Click on the blue pencil action button in the action button bar at the top right of the page

  4. You will now be able to update any of the text content in the fields displayed.

  5. Click the tick at the bottom of the page to save any changes.

To update a member's profile image:

  1. Click the blue photo action button below the profile image.

  2. Once you have uploaded and sized the image, click the tick to save.
