Is my data secure when I use the Method Grid AI Assistant?

Yes, data security is at the core of Method Grid.

The inputs, prompts, responses, sources and data used by the AI Assistant are:

• not available to other Method Grid accounts
• not retained or used for AI model training purposes

Any content that is generated by the AI Assistant is retained indefinitely in your account in the same way as your user generated content. You can see the complete AI data flow below.
