How do I filter the grids shown in folders?

You can use the grid filter function to filter grids by label and type.

To filters the grids shown:

  1. Open a folder of grids in the grid library
  2. Click on the filter button top right
  3. Select the type of grids to show
  4. Select the grid labels to show
  5. Select the logical operator:
    1. Or = grids labelled X or Y
    2. And = grids labelled X and Y
  6. Select whether to apply the filter to just the folder you are viewing or across all folders and grids
  7. Select apply filter

Note: select clear all filters to reset all filters and return to the all grids view of the folder.
